What This Service Involves

Our summers are short but can bring uncomfortable heat to homes never designed for it. A whole-house fan pulls cool evening air in through open windows and exhausts hot air through the attic, dropping indoor temperatures fast. It uses a small fraction of the energy an air conditioner would, which fits our mild climate perfectly. We size and install the fan with proper attic ventilation and a tight winter seal so it performs when you need it and stays sealed when you do not.

Our Process

1) Confirm attic space and ventilation are adequate; 2) Size the fan to the home volume; 3) Cut in and mount the unit with an insulated damper; 4) Wire controls and test airflow and sealing
