A seamless single-ply membrane roof engineered for watertight performance on flat and low-slope surfaces.
Membrane roofing provides a durable, fully sealed surface ideal for the flat and low-slope roofs common on additions and modern homes. We install single-ply systems like TPO and PVC with heat-welded seams that lock out water across the entire roof. Careful detailing around drains, curbs, and penetrations prevents the ponding that heavy Northwest rain can cause. The reflective membrane also resists UV and helps keep the space below cooler.
Seamless, heat-welded watertight surface; Ideal for flat and low-slope roofs; Handles ponding and heavy rainfall; Reflective surface resists UV; Durable, low-maintenance protection
1) Assess the deck, slope, and drainage points; 2) Install insulation and tapered slope as needed; 3) Heat-weld the single-ply membrane; 4) Detail drains, curbs, and penetrations
