What This Service Involves

Excavation digs and shapes the ground for footings, foundations, utilities, and drainage before building begins. We locate utilities, cut to the depths your plans specify, and move soil while managing the groundwater and unstable ground that come with Western Washington sites. Proper shoring, benching, and erosion control keep the dig safe and compliant with local requirements. We haul off spoils or stockpile fill for reuse depending on the project. The finished excavation is dug to grade, stable, and ready for footings, pipe, or slab.
