Strong Foundations. Superior Results.
Setting up a basin, pump, and discharge line that automatically removes water collecting under or around your foundation.
A reliable sump system is the heart of most basement and crawlspace water management in our region's saturated soils. We size the basin and pump to your water volume, add a check valve and sealed lid, and route the discharge well away from the foundation. For homes prone to outages during winter storms, we can include a battery backup so protection never lapses. The system runs quietly in the background and springs into action exactly when heavy rain arrives. Installation is code-compliant and covered by our L&I license and insurance.
Automatically ejects water before it can flood the space; Battery backup options keep working during storm outages; Sealed lids limit humidity and radon entry; Protects finished space, mechanicals, and stored belongings; Delivers low-maintenance peace of mind through wet months
1) Determine the low point and dig the basin location; 2) Set the sump basin in gravel and connect incoming drain lines; 3) Install the pump, check valve, and sealed lid; 4) Run the discharge to a safe outlet and test the float switch
Pump horsepower and whether a backup unit is added; New basin excavation versus using an existing pit; Length and routing of the discharge line; Electrical work needed for a dedicated circuit; Alarm or Wi-Fi monitoring features included
Install before the fall rains ramp up so the system is proven and ready when groundwater rises.
