What This Service Involves

We set each stone on a compacted, draining base so the steps stay level through wet winters and seasonal ground movement. Whether using large slab treads or stacked stone, we build for safe, even footing and long service. Stone needs almost no maintenance and only looks better with age. Layout and code-compliant dimensions are planned before the first stone is placed.

Our Process

1) Lay out the run and excavate a draining base; 2) Compact the base and set the first tread level; 3) Set each stone step with proper pitch and footing; 4) Backfill, stabilize, and finish the surrounding grade
