Members arrive cut and punched, and our crew bolts or welds connections to the engineer's specifications with the right corrosion protection for our wet climate. Steel does not warp, rot, or feed mold, which suits homes exposed to persistent PNW moisture. We coordinate with wood framing and other trades so the transition between materials stays clean and code-compliant.
