Strong Foundations. Superior Results.
We apply spray foam insulation that air-seals and insulates in one step for superior PNW moisture control.
Spray foam expands to fill cavities and rigidly seal air leaks, delivering high R-value per inch and a continuous barrier against drafts. Closed-cell foam also resists moisture, making it a strong performer in the damp rim joists and crawlspaces common to our region. We size open-cell or closed-cell foam to the application and follow curing and ventilation protocols carefully. The result is an exceptionally tight, efficient, and moisture-resistant building envelope.
Air-seals and insulates in a single application; High R-value in limited cavity depth; Closed-cell foam resists moisture intrusion; Adds structural rigidity to walls and rims; Reduces drafts and outside noise
1) Assess application, cavity depth, and foam type; 2) Mask, protect, and prepare the work area; 3) Spray foam to specified thickness and let cure; 4) Trim excess and verify coverage and sealing
Open-cell versus closed-cell foam selection; Area and thickness required; Surface prep and masking labor; Ventilation and curing requirements; Accessibility of the application area
Spray foam can be applied year-round, with attention to temperature and ventilation for proper curing.
