Strong Foundations. Superior Results.
Adding a secondary prep or bar sink to improve workflow in larger kitchens and islands.
A second sink creates an additional work zone, letting more than one person cook or prep without crowding the main basin. We plan the location, run supply and drain lines, and install the sink and faucet with proper connections and sealing. Prep sinks in islands are popular but require utility runs, which we route and inspect to code. The addition noticeably improves flow in busy kitchens.
A dedicated second prep zone; smoother multi-cook workflow; convenient placement in an island or bar; leak-free, code-compliant connections
1) Choose the location and plan utilities; 2) Pull permits and run supply and drain; 3) Install the sink and faucet; 4) Seal, connect, and test for leaks
Sink location and utility run distance; new supply, drain, and vent work; sink and faucet selections; permit and inspection needs
Because it involves plumbing runs, a second sink is best added during an open-wall spring remodel.
