1) Walk the rooms, confirm colors and sheens, and protect floors and furnishings; 2) Patch, sand, caulk, and spot-prime all repaired areas; 3) Cut in edges and roll walls and ceilings in even coats; 4) Inspect under working light, touch up, and remove all protection
