What This Service Involves

A pad is only as good as the base beneath it, which matters most in the saturated ground common across Western Washington. We size slab thickness and reinforcement to the load, whether it's a spa, generator, or storage building, and build up a compacted, draining sub-base. Correct slope moves water off the surface to protect equipment and prevent pooling. Each pad is finished smooth or textured to suit its purpose.
