What This Service Involves

A window well retains the earth around a basement or below-grade window while letting in light and providing egress clearance. In our rainy climate, proper drainage at the base is essential to keep the well from filling and pushing water toward the foundation. We set sturdy well liners, connect gravel and drainage systems, and can add covers to keep out debris and rain. The result is a dry, functional well that protects both the window and the basement.

1) Excavate around the below-grade window opening; 2) Install the well liner and secure it to the foundation; 3) Build the gravel base and connect drainage; 4) Backfill, grade, and add a cover if desired
