Strong Foundations. Superior Results.
We glue and fasten a flat, squeak-free subfloor deck that becomes the base for every finished floor above.
The subfloor is the structural sheathing that spans your joists and supports finished flooring, cabinets, and everything you set on it. We use rated tongue-and-groove panels, bond them to the joists with construction adhesive, and fasten to a proper schedule so the deck never squeaks or separates. In our climate we favor moisture-resistant panels and gap them correctly so seasonal swelling does not buckle the floor. A flat, well-fastened subfloor is what lets tile, hardwood, and vinyl go down without dips or hollow spots. We sweep and inspect the deck so the next trade starts on a clean, level base.
