What This Service Involves

A foundation drainage system is the plumbing that keeps water from pooling against and beneath your foundation. We install perforated footing drains in clean gravel, connect them to a sump or gravity outlet, and add sub-slab drainage where basements demand it. In Western Washington's saturated soils, this system does the heavy lifting of relieving the hydrostatic pressure that pushes water toward the concrete. We slope every run correctly and use filter fabric so the drains keep flowing for the long haul. Properly discharged water means a dry crawlspace or basement and a foundation that lasts.
