Strong Foundations. Superior Results.
We install and replace ceiling fans with properly braced boxes and secure, code-compliant wiring.
A ceiling fan improves comfort year-round, but a safe installation depends on a fan-rated box that can carry the weight and motion the fixture creates. We install or upgrade to a properly braced box, wire the fan and any light kit to code, and set up wall or remote controls for speed and direction. Where no fixture existed before, we run the needed wiring cleanly to the switch. Each fan is balanced and tested so it runs quietly without wobble, keeping air moving in summer and pushing warm air down in winter.
Fan-rated box safely supports weight and motion; wobble-free operation from careful balancing; wall or remote control for speed and direction; light kits wired and integrated cleanly; year-round comfort with efficient air circulation
1) Verify or install a fan-rated support box; 2) Run or connect wiring for the fan and controls; 3) Mount, balance, and secure the fan and light kit; 4) Test all speeds, directions, and controls
Whether a fan-rated box already exists; running new wiring versus replacing an existing fan; ceiling height and any sloped-ceiling mounting; fan size, features, and control type; wall patching if wiring is added
Installing before summer maximizes cooling comfort, though fans aid heat circulation in winter too.
